The Logistics Support role works directly with the Logistics Analysts and Planners on a daily basis to provide carrier and operational service support in a variety of functions. This position requires a team player who exhibits strong multitasking, relationship management, and negotiations skills. Daily responsibilities include managing daily operational functions (load pick up/delivery, collecting transit updates, maintaining load status and more), troubleshooting operational issues and providing superior communication with internal and external logistics partners. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry knowledge are a must. Prioritization, organization, planning and strong customer service skills will elevate this position for future growth.
