ArrowStream is looking to grow our Client Services team by focusing on adding strategic, customer-focused Account Managers to our organization. An Account Manager will oversee the management and growth of customer accounts, ensuring successful execution of Supply Chain Management services. Priority focus will be given to client retention and growth, margin contribution and overall business performance of our customers. The Account Manager role will partner closely with ArrowStream’s Sales, Implementation, Operations, Technology and Engineering teams to ensure product, pricing and service outputs meet and exceed customer expectations. Prior success in a direct, customer-facing Account Management role is needed, preferably in the logistics and/or foodservice industries. Business to business, supply chain solution management experience is strongly preferred to ensure success in this role. Primary location to be based in our Chicago, IL headquarters.
