ArrowStream to Host Panel Session at 2017 National Restaurant Association’s Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group
National brands CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries and Wendy’s Quality Supply Chain Co-op, along with distributor Lineage Logistics, and supplier Griffith Foods will participate in a discussion on how to successfully leverage LTOs and promotions to drive sales
CHICAGO – May 17, 2017 – ArrowStream, Inc., a supply chain innovator that combines expertise in data science and analytics to improve the way supply chains perform, today announced that Jeff Dorr, Chief Customer Officer at ArrowStream, will moderate a panel session at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group on May 19, from 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm CT in Chicago, IL.
The session, “Best Practices Discussion on Supply Planning & Executing of LTOs and Brand Programs,” will feature industry experts that represent the restaurant, distributor, and supplier vantage points. Participants include Scott Adams, VP of Strategic Supply & Initiatives at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries; Krista Pohlman, Senior Director of Program Management, Wendy’s Quality Supply Chain Co-Op; Mitch Rader, Senior Vice President, Lineage Logistics; and Michael Snodgrass, Vice President of Sales, Griffith Foods.

The NRA Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group, an exclusive event that is designed to bring foodservice executives face-to-face with their colleagues to share cutting-edge ideas, will take place in Chicago on May 18-19. The sessions at the conference will focus on addressing topics such as commodity buying strategies, food safety, cost management, and promotions.
