ArrowStream Launches COVID-19 Resource Center for Foodservice

CHICAGO, March 23, 2020 – ArrowStream, Inc. (“ArrowStream”) the leader in supply chain technology for the foodservice industry, has launched an online resource center in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, available to all foodservice supply chain professionals. ArrowStream remains committed to helping reduce the potential impact to the restaurant chain industry by continually monitoring and analyzing the environment and providing necessary tools and resources to answer new questions and plan for recovery.

The COVID-19 Resource Center offers foodservice supply chain professionals a way to prepare, stay updated and help make necessary business decisions. Example resources include:

  • COVID-19 Town Hall for Foodservice on April 7th
  • List of 400+ suppliers who may offer cleaning and packaging products
  • Specialty dashboards and reports for ArrowStream customers
  • Related guides, market intelligence and industry articles
  • Update calls with ArrowStream economist David Maloni to discuss COVID-19 disruptions to foodservice and the supply chain

ArrowStream’s product team has released, and will continue to release, new features and functionality to the ArrowStream platform to help customers better manage operations during this time. Customers can now access new specialty dashboards and reports that quickly and easily display additional trends in their supply chain inventory and potential financial exposure. Using these new tools, customers have been able to better understand product movement and potential exposure based on current environmental conditions.

Customers also continue to have full access to ArrowStream’s Customer Success team, online training and Knowledge Center to address issues brought on by COVID-19.

“We are the restaurant industry’s supply chain partner,” said Jeff Dorr, chief customer officer at ArrowStream. “So while we’re actively helping our customers utilize supply chain visibility to get ahead of possible issues, we also strongly encourage anyone in foodservice supply chain to reach out us if we can be of help.”

As ArrowStream continues to help customers and the broader network address immediate issues, they are also looking to the future and working on additional resources to support the recovery of the industry. Please continue to visit the COVID-19 Resource Center and subscribe to ArrowStream emails for updates.
