The Workflow/Change Control Module saves customers time by automating processes, setting up approval processes, managing access rights and enabling better control of customers’ businesses.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Module allows customers to track quality assurance issues related to items, logistics and distribution through a centralized repository, helping to reduce issue resolution time—ultimately improving customer service.
