ArrowStream Breaks into Premier List of Fastest-Growing Private U.S. Companies

Supply Chain Leader Named 867 on INC5000 List

Chicago, IL, August 12, 2009 – ArrowStream, a leading provider of supply chain solutions for the food industry, announced that INC magazine ranked the company 867 in the top private 5000 companies in the country.

Created in 2007 as an extension of the prestigious Inc. 500 list, the INC5000 list identifies America’s fastest growing private companies, which represent just a sliver of the millions of U.S. companies that comprise the entrepreneurial engine driving the U.S. economy. The Inc. 500/5000 Conference and Award Ceremony will be held Sept. 23-25 in Washington, D.C.

Complete information on this year’s Inc. 5,000 can be found at online at INC5000, along with a profile for ArrowStream and each company on the list.

ArrowStream’s growth is grounded in the company’s unique supply chain Network that offers restaurants, distributors and manufacturers in the food industry scalability in their own supply chains and the opportunity to better manage the supply chain including expanding distribution channels and increasing inventory velocity without increasing costs.

“At ArrowStream, we attribute our recent and extraordinary growth in the ArrowStream supply chain Network to the results we’ve delivered for our customers.  We are capitalizing on a larger shift that is happening in our sector as more and more food industry companies seek additional transparency into their supply chains and more predictability in their cash flow, and additional avenues to save money,” said Steven LaVoie, CEO and Chairman of ArrowStream.  “This award is a testament to our team and their dedication to our customers.”
