Foodservice Executive Panel on Limited Time Offers Presented by Arrowstream at IFMA's COEX 2008 in Phoenix

Panel presentation on 'limited time offer' strategies to highlight experiences with technology applications used to drive revenues and eliminate logistics costs

Chicago, IL, February 25, 2008 - Arrowstream, a leading provider of supply chain management and logistics services for the foodservice industry, is bringing together a panel of foodservice executives to discuss limited time offers at the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association's Chain Operators Exchange (COEX) 2008 conference in Phoenix, AZ. The annual COEX show, which draws more than 600 industry professionals, is recognized as the premier educational forum for chain restaurant operators.

The panel discussion will feature six senior supply chain executives who will share strategies for optimizing limited time offers (LTO), critical drivers of a chain operator's growth and profitability. The panel will explore key LTO strategies, management tools and applications and will discuss the importance of total supply chain information sharing and visibility. Audience members will leave with knowledge of strategies, tactics and resources that have worked in the "real world" and that they can now employ to drive revenues and eliminate costs.

Participants include, Steve Deasy, president and COO of The SYGMA Network, Inc., John Inwright, executive vice president - commercial division for Nice-Pak Products, Inc., Jim Lavender, executive vice president of Ben E. Keith Foods, David Parsley, CPM, senior vice president of supply chain management with Applebee's Services, Inc., and Tad Wampfler, senior vice president of supply chain management for Wendy's International, Inc. The panel will be moderated by David Cox, president of ARCOP.

"To effectively manage limited time offers, chain operators must have robust visibility and cost-efficiency in product movement from supplier to distributor to the backdoor of their stores," said Rodger Mullen, president of Arrowstream. "We are honored to have six leading practitioners, some of which are competitors, appear together in a panel discussion to discuss their LTO strategies and technology applications."

LTOs are a critical growth area for chain operators. The panelists will discuss the importance of collaboration and sharing information between manufacturer, distributor and chain operator through technology -- enabling accurate views of product movement so that these trading partners can act quickly during a promotion to assure its success.

"We need visibility of product movement and connectivity to our distributors, especially when we are in the middle limited time only promotions," said David Cox, president of ARCOP, Arby's Atlanta-based purchasing and distribution cooperative.

ARCOP is one of Arrowstream's many foodservice industry customers that leverage its suite of online applications to manage the LTO process, allowing them to confidently take action to move product and ensure adequate supply during a promotion. Arrowstream's solutions gives chain operators and manufacturers tools to synchronize and manage their supply chain data, thereby enabling panoramic visibility into the supply chain.

Panelists will also discuss how, through joint planning and timely visibility into forecast, inventory and sales data, all benefit by getting the right product to the right store at the right time at the lowest total cost. "The result is optimal efficiency, growth and profitability for all supply chain partners," said Mullen.

The panel, entitled "LTOs: Drivers for Growth," will be presented twice on Monday, February 25, at 10:45 a.m. Mountain time and again at 2:15 p.m. Mountain time.
