ArrowStream Named in Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 for Second Consecutive Year

Supply Chain Leader Marks 10-Year Anniversary with Move to New Office to Accommodate Growth

Chicago, IL, June 8, 2010 – ArrowStream, a leading provider of supply chain solutions for the foodservice industry, announced today that Crain’s Chicago Business ranked the company #7 in its 2010 Fast 50, an annual list of Chicago’s fastest growing companies.

Founded in 2000, the company grew greater than 25 percent in fiscal year 2009 and continues its growth arc as it marks its 10-year anniversary. ArrowStream serves blue-chip customers including Wendy’s, Church’s Chicken, and Steak n Shake. New clients, including American Blue Ribbon Holdings, and new hires created a need for greater space, and ArrowStream moved this month into new headquarter facilities at 231 S. LaSalle in Chicago.

The foundation of the company’s growth is the ArrowStream Network--the largest, most extensive system of restaurants chains, distributors and manufacturers in the foodservice industry. The Network allows customers to synchronize and integrate crucial pricing, inventory, compliance and distribution supply chain data, which ultimately reduces customer expenses and increases operational effectiveness at levels that customers could not achieve on their own.

“Ten years ago, ArrowStream offered foodservice companies a new model for managing the supply chain.  As we continue to grow, we anticipate that 2010 will be an unprecedented year as we introduce new solutions that improve our clients’ supply chain efficiency, performance and bottom-line savings,” said ArrowStream CEO and Chairman Steven LaVoie.
