Interim Chief Executive Officer
Frank Morgiewicz serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at ArrowStream.
Inspired by the practice of continuous improvement and effective change management, Morgiewicz helps ArrowStream and our customers prepare for future industry challenges while navigating through current operational pain points. Morgiewicz brings invaluable experience and accomplishments with over 30 years of providing supply chain consulting and implementations to domestic and international companies.
Morgiewicz holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Miami, Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of New York, Albany.
Chief Customer Officer
Jeff Dorr is responsible for driving all sales, account management and customer support initiatives at ArrowStream.
Jeff brings over 24 years of solution selling experience with technology companies. He was one of the founders of GrandJunction where he grew sales over 200% during the first 18 months. He was the former VP of Sales at iTradeNetwork where he drove a 350% increase in sales over his 9 year tenure. He also worked with GE Information Services where he was a Senior Account Executive.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
Chief Solutions Officer
As Chief Solutions Officer, Bill Michalski leads Product Management, Product Development, and Marketing at ArrowStream, driving all go-to-market initiatives in new technology innovation.
Michalski strongly believes in utilizing technology to strengthen the link between business targets, process and people. With ArrowStream he has served in leadership roles ranging from Process Improvement and Product Management to Sales. Michalski has spent over 20 years delivering technology-enabled solutions to companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500.
Michalski received his Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and English at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Chicago.

Steven LaVoie founded ArrowStream in 2000 with the idea that supply chain inefficiencies could be greatly reduced with modern technology.
An advocate for change in the industry, Steven has developed ArrowStream’s mission, values, and company culture to focus on challenging the status quo: evolving supply chain practices and helping our customers prepare for the future with non-traditional solutions. Prior to forming ArrowStream, Steven was President of the Sterno Division at Blyth Industries, a $1.3 billion global consumer products company.
Steven earned his Master's degree from the Yale School of Management and his Bachelor of Arts from The University of California, Berkeley.
