Marketing Manager

ArrowStream, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Manager who will act as the marketing lead in our Sales and Marketing department, managing our marketing initiatives while laying out our vision and roadmap, as well as directing our product/service lifecycle from product development through definition, launch, marketing and on-going management to ensure the achievement of company revenue targets and cost goals. The Marketing Manager will create and sustain marketing best practices for ArrowStream by managing the dispensation of press releases, corporate messaging, product collateral creation, competitive research, building case studies and white papers, as well as leading webinars and other interactive marketing corporate initiatives. This is a lead marketing role with great potential for career growth and an industry presence. Qualified candidates will have at least 4+ years marketing management experience, as well as experience working in a software and/or supply chain management function. Must be able to travel domestically 10%, and work daily from our downtown Chicago HQ.

Inside Sales Representative-ArrowStream Freight Brokerage

ArrowStream Freight Services is a third party freight brokerage. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing the business primarily through generating sales leads, soliciting new accounts, and working closely with ArrowStream’s Sales Managers to close deals. You will be in daily contact with existing and prospective customers of various sizes, building relationships, problem solving, and assessing their needs. This role will target freight customers to close loads concurrently with our Carrier Representatives. The Inside Sales Representative position requires a team player with specific skills in multi-tasking, relationship management, customer service, operations knowledge, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. A competitive attitude and a passion to exceed goals are a must. Previous transportation brokerage experience highly preferred.
