| AOL Users: Connect to the Internet using your normal procedures. Minimize the AOL application after connecting by clicking the _ icon in the upper right-hand corner. Click the Start button in the lower left hand corner. Select Programs or All Programs (depending on whether you are running Windows 98 or Windows XP). Click on Internet Explorer.
